Placements24's client seeks an innovative AI Research Engineer to join their fully remote research division. You will contribute to groundbreaking AI research and translate theory into scalable solutions across ML, DL, and RL.

Collaborate with leading AI scientists, design novel algorithms, build prototypes, publish findings, and help shape product roadmaps. Requires a strong academic background and a proven track record in AI research; remote collaboration across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS/AI or related quantitative field.
• Proven AI research experience via publications, patents, or major projects.
• Strong Python programming with ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and data analysis.
• Experience with software development practices in a research setting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D in AI fields including deep learning, RL, and predictive modeling.
• Design, implement, and test novel AI algorithms and architectures.
• Build proof-of-concept systems to demonstrate new techniques.
• Collaborate with AI scientists to validate findings and integrate into roadmaps.
• Analyze results, document findings, and contribute to publications/patents.
• Stay current with academic and industry AI research.
