Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looked off in written form.

This is a remote, freelance-style opportunity with flexible hours and weekly payments. You will assess how well prompts are followed, rate realism and quality, and contribute to improving AI systems by providing precise, evidenced explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear explanation in English.
