Human Agency, Inc. seeks an AI Product Quality Specialist (Contractor) to triage bugs, interpret user feedback, and maintain product quality across projects. You’ll decide what to fix, what to elevate, and what to ignore, owning outcomes and learning as you grow.

This fully remote role offers an hourly rate, US or Canada eligibility, and potential conversion to full-time. You’ll use Claude Code and other AI tools to move faster while preserving sound judgment and the user’s perspective.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working on software products in a QA, product, or technical support role.
• Experience with Claude Code and applying AI tooling to real work.
• Proven track record resolving issues quickly and independently.
• Ability to read user feedback and extract signal from noise.
• Strong written communication to elevate issues for product leads.
• Ability to manage workload without a detailed process.

Responsibilities

• Bug triage and resolution: address issues reported by users and validate fixes.
• Interpret user feedback to identify real problems and prioritize accordingly.
• Monitor product quality and flag patterns and systemic issues.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to move faster while maintaining judgment.
• Communicate updates crisply to teammates about issues and fixes.
• Document fixes and recurring issues to build institutional knowledge.
