Human Agency seeks an AI Product Quality Specialist (Contractor) to triage bugs, interpret user feedback, and uphold product quality across projects. You will leverage Claude Code and AI tools to accelerate work while maintaining strong judgment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working on software products in QA, product, or technical support roles.
• Familiar with Claude Code and applying AI tooling to accelerate real work.
• Proven track record of resolving product issues quickly and independently.
• Able to read user feedback and extract signal from noise to identify real problems.
• Strong written communication and ability to elevate issues for product leads.

Responsibilities

• Bug triage and resolution: triage issues, submit fixes in codebase, validate before release.
• User feedback interpretation: identify real problems from feedback and prioritize.
• Product quality monitoring: track user experience, flag patterns, test changes.
