Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible-hour schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, rate how well outputs follow prompts, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

The role supports work from home or while traveling. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or higher, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to articulate observations clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
