Job summary

Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and write precise explanations.

Tasks include image/video comparisons, caption labeling, and audio evaluations. You can work on your own schedule from anywhere—Outlier pays up to USD 15 per hour plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Detail-oriented with patience to review media closely and explain issues.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot visual/audio/text issues and explain findings in writing.
