Job summary

Outlier is hiring for a remote evaluator role that pays up to $15 USD per hour. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain in writing what looks off, all on your own schedule. This is a 1099 freelance opportunity with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and comfortable making precise judgments about AI outputs. Remote work is supported from multiple countries with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Willingness to work remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English detailing observations.
