Job summary

The Global Institute seeks an AI Specialist to advance Teach For All's AI Literacy & Creator Collective project, uniting educators, alumni, and staff across a broad network to shape AI-enabled learning worldwide.

You will manage programs, grow a global digital community, pilot AI-driven resources, and lead ethical conversations on data privacy and bias while coordinating cross-cultural teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering programs and scaling high-engagement digital communities on social-first platforms (WhatsApp/Telegram/Discord).
• Demonstrated distributed/facilitative leadership, empowering members to own initiatives.
• Experience developing partnerships with technology or AI companies.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of the AI AAA Series and other AI LCC programming; develop partnerships with frontier AI companies.
• Build and scale the AI LCC community across platforms; design learning circles and identify power-users.
• Pilot AI-driven tools to summarize, translate, and resource the community at scale.
