Job summary

Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI outputs, and provide written explanations of observed issues, all on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, focused, and capable of clear written communication. This freelance role offers up to USD 15 per hour with weekly payments and access to tools

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Comfortable thinking aloud and explaining reasoning in real time.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and assess naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Provide concise, evidence-based explanations in writing highlighting what was observed.
