Job summary

Outlier, an AI training platform owned and operated by Scale AI, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and write explanations describing what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely with a flexible schedule and earn up to USD 15 per hour, plus incentives. Payments are processed weekly, with PayPal/AirTM/ACH options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom for issues.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in a natural way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live English conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Writing concise explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
