Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is helpful.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot errors like distorted anatomy or mismatched audio.
• Writing explicit explanations in English linking what you saw or heard to the decision.
