Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off in writing.

Earn up to $15/hour with additional incentives and weekly payments through ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Contributors help shape AI systems by evaluating outputs, spotting issues, and rating realism and adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify information.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot anomalies (distortions, flickering, text errors, audio-video mismatch).
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing written explanations in English.
