Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an AI Engineer (Portless) for a remote, North America–based role. You will design, build, and deploy AI/ML systems to automate and optimize supply-chain operations at scale. The position is full-time with about 6 hours overlap with ET working hours.

You will work on AI models for logistics and ecommerce, leveraging LLMs, CV, and predictive analytics, and own the entire ML lifecycle from data to deployment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying models to production.
• Must be authorised to work in the US (no sponsorship).
• Canada/Mexico candidates only if they already hold US work authorisation.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models for logistics and e-commerce use cases.
• Work with LLMs, computer vision and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production.
