Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Contributors work freelance on a 1099 basis with fully remote work, flexible hours, and weekly payments. You also get free access to leading LLMs and other incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt following.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment.
• Writing an English explanation that points to what was seen or heard.
