The role focuses on execution, production cutovers, and workstation migrations for ~300 users, operating within a structured migration program and independent wave execution.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Active Directory (ADDS) migration experience.
5+ years of Microsoft 365 tenant migration experience.
Experience with Quest On Demand Migration (ODM).
Ability to work independently within fast-paced migration programs.

Responsibilities

Execute Active Directory (ADDS) migration and transformation activities.
Support Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and production cutovers.
Configure and execute migration tooling, preferably Quest ODM.
Support workstation and endpoint migration activities.
Perform user migration execution and troubleshooting.
Validate application dependencies and support application rationalization activities.
Execute migration waves using structured runbooks and documented processes.
Troubleshoot migration issues and coordinate with project stakeholders during cutover activities.
Support pilot and production migration phases.
Assist with planning and architecture activities if experience permits.
