Varsity Tutors is seeking ACT Writing tutors to join its Live Learning Platform. Tutor remotely from home with flexible hours and the potential to earn up to $40 per hour.

You’ll work 1-on-1 with students nationwide, delivering advanced test mastery, strategic writing guidance, and adaptive instruction using our AI Copilot to enhance sessions.

No commute, fast payments up to twice per week, and a platform that handles logistics as you invoice for sessions.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ACT Writing test format, scoring rubric and development of arguments.
• Ability to explain evaluating perspectives, form a thesis, and use evidence.
• Familiarity with time management and inserting counterarguments.

Responsibilities

• 1-on-1 Online Tutoring to provide personalized instruction.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests when available and schedule sessions.
