Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our remote team in Ontario for a temporary assignment from September 2026 to October 2027. The role centers on full-cycle Accounts Payable, with backup support for Accounts Receivable as needed.

You will process invoices, ensure documentation is complete, perform reconciliations, and manage weekly vendor payments in USD and CAD. A diploma or degree in accounting/finance and 1–3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (AP preferred).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems, including Dynamics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable with high accuracy.
• Code invoices, maintain electronic records and docs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and support approvals for payments.
• Handle weekly payment cycles via wires, ACH, and EFT (USD and CAD).
• Backup support for Accounts Receivable and respond to inquiries.
