Good Shepherd Centres is seeking a part-time role at the Good Shepherd - Men’s Centre to support shelter clients with direct services and personalized planning. The role requires trauma-informed care and collaboration with team members to maintain safety and dignity for clients.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload, demonstrate strong communication skills, and apply harm-reduction principles while working within a feminist, anti-racist framework. Weekend availability is needed.
Hours of work:8-24 Hours weekly, Weekends. Must be available for days and nights.
Rate of Pay: $23.28 - $28.05 (Starting salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions)
