Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a Pharmacy professional to join our team and provide accurate dispensing, patient counseling and clinical services across our Loblaw Pharmacy network in Canada. The role involves ensuring adequate inventory, collaborating with doctors, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Travel to multiple pharmacies is required, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting a growing Health & Wellness strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is required.
• Class A Pharmacists license is required.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor essential.
• Willingness to travel to multiple Loblaw Pharmacy locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense and control medications accurately and timely.
• Ensure inventory levels across pharmacies meet patient needs.
• Counsel patients on new and existing medications with a proactive approach.
• Educate customers through public health days and clinics.
• Provide timely resolution to patients' needs and Doctor requests.
• Review and control costs within the Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary).
• Provide ongoing training for Pharmacy colleagues (technicians, interns, students).
