Job description

Relief Pharmacist - Cornwall

Here at Day Lewis, we take each day as a step forward and create an atmosphere that engages people and where the teams thrive on serving the patients in their community. If you are looking to join a pharmacy business that is different, then look no further. Our people do amazing things, enjoy working for us, and they engage, motivate, and have fun in community pharmacy.

Day Lewis is known for investing in its colleagues to continually develop new skills and gain new qualifications. It is because of the Day Lewis colleagues that the company is recognised for leading the way in service delivery. With 2.5% of the UK prescription market, the pharmacy teams deliver 5% of services, because they truly go above and beyond to ensure their patients are at the centre of everything they do.

With growing pressures on pharmacy teams and the NHS, Day Lewis is continuously investing in technology to help their pharmacy teams offer the best patient care. The Day Lewis medicine dispensing robots free up time for pharmacy teams to do what they do best — helping people in the community to stay healthy and feel better.

The hours of work for this role as a Relief Pharmacist are 42.5 hours per week, between Monday and Saturday, across our pharmacies in the Cornwall area.

  2. Ensuring every member of the team has strong relationships with patients, GP surgeries, and healthcare professionals.
  3. Leading the management of a professional and productive team.
