Qualifications

• Experience supervising mail delivery and processing operations.
• Ability to coach and direct employees on safe work practices.
• Experience administering HR processes: staffing, performance and attendance management.
• Ability to liaise with Labour Relations and union representatives.
• Ability to estimate workloads and assign staff across operation areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily mail delivery operation to ensure safe, efficient sortation, routing and delivery.
• Supervises mail processing and sets daily priorities to meet deadlines and service commitments.
• Promotes and implements workplace safety programs and coaches staff on safety practices.
