Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with current RN registration (BCCNM).
• One year of recent experience in a neonatal tertiary unit.
• Post-basic Neonatal Nursing Program completion.
• Current Basic Rescuer (Level C) and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certificates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and plan care for newborns.
• Provide and document accurate reports during shift changes and transfers.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and Neonatal Resuscitation protocols.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
