Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of post-basic education in Nephrology required.
• Current BCCNM registration and CPR Level C required.
• One year of recent related experience as an LPN in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement patient care during dialysis phases.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans as needed.
• Facilitate patient education on care and chronic illness management.
