Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Reliability Engineer to identify, develop, and implement projects to improve plant reliability and reduce operating costs. The role emphasizes maintaining asset value while meeting production targets within budget, with a focus on health and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities include leading preventative and predictive maintenance programs, coordinating with planners, and providing technical guidance to teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required; Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Field of Study: 3 years in heavy industry (as noted).
• Comprehensive computer software knowledge including Excel, Word, Project, AutoCAD, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage reliability-based programs (PM, lubrication, vibration analysis, condition monitoring).
• Plan and schedule PMRs (weekly to annual) including work orders and follow-up.
• Develop PMRs and BOMs for new and existing equipment, including mobile equipment.
