Job summary

Dryden Fibre Canada is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Specialist in Dryden, Ontario to identify and manage reliability risks affecting plant operations. You will lead asset-criticality scoring, apply FMEA, and develop maintenance strategies to preserve asset function.

You will implement RCFA, monitor the asset care program, and drive improvements using SAP, Maintelligence, and AutoCAD. A strong engineering background with safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or Tech diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain criticality scoring for all mill assets.
  • Facilitate the application of FMEA on critical assets.
  • Develop and maintain asset maintenance strategies and rebuild standards.
  • Determine effective predictive, preventive, and essential care actions.
  • Monitor outputs from the asset care program and take action.
  • Maintain knowledge of predictive technologies and improve site utilization.
  • Specify engineering solutions to support optimal equipment function.
  • Apply RCFA and develop root cause solutions.
  • Provide maintenance and reliability oversight for new installations and modifications.
