Job summary

Domtar’s Howe Sound Mill in British Columbia is seeking a Reliability Coordinator with a strong background in reliability-centered maintenance. You will lead reliability excellence initiatives to improve equipment performance and drive continuous improvement across the mill.

The role reports to the Maintenance Superintendent, with responsibilities spanning maintenance strategy development, predictive technologies, and major maintenance planning during shut-down periods.

Qualifications

• CMRP certification is preferred.
• Experience in maintenance strategies and predictive technologies.
• Vibration analysis Level 2 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve production facilities.
• Identify and implement predictive maintenance technologies.
• Perform and support equipment failure investigations.
• Audit programs, systems and equipment.
• Participate in planning, design review and construction documentation for new facilities and renovations.
• Contribute to annual shutdown major maintenance activities.
