  • Reliability focuses on maintenance effectiveness and you will be expected to move the maintenance plans away from a check and inspect mentality to that of a measure and compare to a standard. To do this you will be expected to be able to organise maintenance improvement sessions using failure data, OEM’s and line teams to help design the best possible maintenance for your assets in order of criticality and using best practice reliability tools and techniques
  • Act as a Safety role model and ensure all Quality, Environment, Health and Safety standards are fulfilled by CCEP and contractors

  • Lead, develop and coach the Technicians to ensure they maximise their individual and team performance.
  • Manage the spare parts warehouse in an efficient way (high rotation, right safety stocks, handle write-offs, search of cheaper and reliable spares, etc)
  • Support the PM with analysis of performances losses and asset care KPI’s.
