Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Motivation to solve technical problems in a client-facing environment.
• Foundational programming experience with data/integrations; RESTful services experience.
• Understanding of RELEX data requirements and interfaces.
• Strong SQL skills and relational databases; basic Linux/Unix skills.
• Good data troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate RELEX with customer IT systems and build data integrations.
• Configure RELEX-side integration components and perform data transformations/validation.
• Assist with data loads, transformations, and file transfer topics with client IT.
• Set up environments and participate in technical workshops; document decisions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to client IT teams.
• Perform quality checks and follow delivery standards; expand RELEX platform knowledge.
