Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Consultant to drive RELEX implementations across client environments in Canada. You will build and support integrations, handle data transformations, and troubleshoot issues in coordination with client IT and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a field related to the business service.

• Foundational programming experience and comfort working with data/integrations. Experience with Restful Web Services.
• Understanding of RELEX data requirements and interfaces.
• Understanding of relational databases; Strong in SQL; basic Linux/Unix skills
• Good at understanding the data, identifying incorrect data patterns, and troubleshooting and finding root cause of data issues
• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Participate in technical workshops and working sessions; document technical decisions and implementation details as needed.
• Investigate technical issues affecting implementations or SaaS services and support resolution with guidance from senior technical leads.
• Provide responsive technical support to customer IT teams for integration and environment-related topics.
• Conduct technical quality checks, follow delivery standards, and incorporate feedback from senior technical consultants.
• Build RELEX platform expertise through formal onboarding and hands-on tasks (e.g., integration architecture, interfaces, jobs, validation, nightly run concepts).

Role Overview

The Technical Consultant is a hands-on technical contributor focused on the technical aspects of RELEX implementations, including environment setup, building integrations, data transformations/validation, and troubleshooting technical issues in coordination with customer IT and project leadership. • The consultant steadily increases independence across integration build, troubleshooting, and workshop participation.
