Prospera is seeking a Relationship Manager Lead in Vancouver to grow member relationships with holistic financial guidance across investments, lending, and everyday banking.

You will lead outreach, partner with internal specialists, ensure compliant documentation, and mentor advisory teams while delivering exceptional member outcomes.

This role requires 3+ years in financial services, mortgage lending and mutual funds knowledge, a Mutual Funds licence, and a passion for helping members succeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, including 1+ year in an advisory role.
• Experience with mortgage lending and mutual funds.
• Mutual Funds licence (required).
• Strong financial acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with technology.
• A genuine passion for helping members succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of member relationships through personalized, holistic advice.
• Deliver holistic financial advice across investments, lending, protection, and everyday banking.
• Proactively identify opportunities and manage your pipeline through ongoing outreach.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to support complex financial needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation while meeting compliance and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative Advice Centre environment.
• Support the execution of cash-related and other operational tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Assist in the supervision of compliance and audit responsibilities, including the management of ATM, night deposit processes, postdated and pending file management, cash and negotiable balancing.
• Help drive outcomes through leadership in campaign management and reporting.
• Provides back-up support for other advice center roles as needed.
