ADP is seeking a motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to support the retention, growth, and overall success of a portfolio of Core HRO clients. The role is ideal for an early-career professional who is developing their relationship management capabilities and is eager to build strong client and internal partnerships while delivering positive client outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in relationship management, client success, account management, or client-facing roles. Exposure to Human Resources (HR) or Human Capital Management (HCM) is considered an asset.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

  • Utilize tools, systems, and available resources to support client outcomes and service delivery.

  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, including associates and leadership where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support client retention, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Recognize when to seek guidance or elevate issues to leadership.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and actively support team initiatives.
  • Take ownership of personal development and continuously build relationship management skills.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in relationship management, client success, account management, or client‑facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and coordinate across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
  • Developing problem‑solving skills with the ability to recommend practical solutions.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is CAD $69,700.00 - CAD $111,300.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.

In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and bonus at target. Although bonus has been calculated as part of the expected annual compensation for this role, bonus pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to business performance, individual annual performance, and company guidelines.
