We are seeking an experienced professional who is exceptional at relationship management to focus on building and maintaining a strong and mutually beneficial business relationship with institutional clients in the Canadian market. Based in our Toronto office, this individual will partner closely with the Director of Canada, Business Development Manager on shared accounts and lead engagements with clients to understand their investment goals and servicing needs, as well as addressing any issues, concerns or opportunities. The Relationship Manager will be focused on growing and maintaining existing relationships, play a key role in client retention efforts and cross‑selling. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to onboard new client accounts and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Base salary range: USD 120,000 – 225,000. The range reflects factors such as skill set, role, experience, certifications, and education. Other rewards may include a discretionary corporate bonus and/or incentives if eligible. All employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits.
