Relationship Manager - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Responsibilities :

1. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, focusing on billing concerns. Manage billing issues, collect payments, and make deposits at the bank.
3. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
4. Assist with thank you cards and seasonal promotions.
5. Take minutes at meetings.
6. Perform small tasks assigned by Eric Gruscyk, such as personal assistant duties.

Requirements :

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred.
