Job summary

Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is offering a 4-month student placement in Relationship Management in Ontario, with hybrid work options. The role supports Relationship Management Associates and Managers with onboarding, admin tasks, customer support, and portfolio support, while gaining hands-on experience in financing and agriculture.

You’ll work to maintain service levels, assist with prospecting and customer communications, and help with documentation and records.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree, diploma or certificate program in administration, business, commerce, agriculture, agricultural finance, economics, management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and lending intake activities, including collecting and reviewing required documentation.
• Assist RMAs and Relationship Managers with administrative tasks, customer communications and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate document retention and records management processes.
• Provide customer support and ensure timely, professional service.
• Support portfolio management activities and digital adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to prospecting and marketing efforts to enhance team capacity.
