Job summary

Farm Credit Canada in Canada is seeking a Relationship Management Associate in Agriculture Business Financing on a fixed-term basis. You will support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering fast, accurate administrative support to strengthen decisions and the customer experience.

The role requires a business diploma and at least two years of related experience, with a focus on agriculture.

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

• A diploma in business


• A minimum of two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)


• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners


• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks


• Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments

Preferred qualifications:

• Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting
