Job summary

CIBC is seeking client-focused financial professionals in Manitoba to deliver tailored financial planning across banking, investments, lending and estate planning. You will build relationships, execute sales plans, and contribute to community engagement to grow the client base.

Success requires 1–3 years of financial advisory experience, active CIRO/CSC/CIFC/IFC licensing, and AMF credentials where applicable; Quebec licensing is an asset as well.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice to clients and building relationships while achieving targets.
• Active licensing and accreditation for CIRO-MFD, CSC/CIFC/IFC and AMF as applicable.
• Quebec licensing and related registrations (AMF) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with tailored financial planning across banking, investments, lending and estate planning.
• Develop local market sales plans to convert leads into new clients and drive referrals.
• Participate in community events to elevate brand awareness and networking.
• Uphold values of trust, teamwork and accountability in all client interactions.
