Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Financial Advisor to build and grow a client portfolio through relationship management and first‑class service. You’ll act as a single point of contact for clients, delivering tailored financial advice and planning for today and tomorrow’s goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice to clients and establishing relationships while achieving targets.
• Must meet CIRO-MFD licensing eligibility and have current accreditation in CSC/CIFC/IFC or AMF licensing.
• Asset if CSI/ICB courses related to Canadian investment and taxation fundamentals are completed.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement to deliver tailored advice across financial planning, investments, lending, and day‑to‑day banking.
• Develop and execute local sales plans to grow the client base and cross‑sell credit and investment solutions.
• Participate in community events and networking to expand the client network and referrals.
