Job summary

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce is seeking a Financial Advisor to build a client portfolio through relationship management and top-tier client service. You will deliver tailored financial advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, and estate planning while cultivating new relationships in the local market.

Flexibility to work banking centre hours including evenings and weekends, with travel to multiple centres within a reasonable distance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice and building client relationships.
• Certified professional with CIRO-MFD licensing in good standing.
• For Quebec, AMF licensing and CIFC/CSC completion with RRC; CSI/ICB courses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional service.
• Provide tailored financial advice across planning, investments, lending, and estate planning.
• Develop sales plans to convert leads into clients; leverage CIBC solutions for needs-based advice.
• Engage with the community and attend local events to grow network and referrals.
