Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build customer relationships, process transactions, and guide clients toward financial solutions. The role emphasizes learning through certification and advancing within the bank’s structure.

You will work with customers to meet financial needs, introduce digital banking tools, and promote bank products while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience.

  • Educate customers on digital banking options and demonstrate tools that enhance their banking experience.
  • Promote bank offerings and engage prospective customers through community and in-store outreach.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.

Education & Experience
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Up to 2 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience
Preferred
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or retail sales
