Joining us at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (KBRH), located in Trail, B.C., you’ll play a crucial part in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs in assisting Occupational Therapists and/or Physiotherapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/clients’ progression. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of the Rehabilitation Team, you’ll make a substantial contribution to the impact on progression of patient/client needs and their rehabilitation journey.

In This Role, a Rehabilitation Assistant

1. Is empowered to operate at the top of their scope.
2. Engages patients through consistent therapeutic interventions.
3. Drives substantial progress in meeting patient needs and their rehab journey.
4. Serves as an integral member of the rehabilitation team.
