Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a Product Manager specializing in regulatory solutions, including ESG reporting and Solvency II, who can translate complex regulatory needs into clear user stories for an agile team.

You will collaborate across the EPM Suite with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Sales to deliver compliant disclosure solutions and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• 5+ years in product ownership/management roles.
• 5+ years experience with agile practices (scrum/kanban/lean).
• Ability to negotiate backlog with engineers and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as voice of the customer within the agile team.
• Define and maintain product backlog for regulatory solutions including ESG and Solvency II.
• Collaborate with PMs to define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Organize release and sprint planning, ensuring acceptance criteria are met.
