Job summary

rePurpose Global is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager for Canada-focused regulatory work, translating dense EPR rules into practical guidance for producers and customers. You will track provincial programs, harmonization efforts, PROs, and federal reporting to inform strategy and client education.

The role includes owning the webinar program end-to-end, creating regulatory content, and collaborating with product and sales to align market education with our platform

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and track statutory and program text across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for a non-expert audience.
• Experience planning and delivering webinars and educational content.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory language into practical guidance for customers and sales teams.
• Experience creating program content and enablement materials for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Track Canadian regulatory change and distill updates into actionable guidance for internal teams and customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory questions from producers and prospects with clear, service-oriented explanations.
• Own the webinar program: plan topics, build content, host sessions, and lead post-session Q&A.
• Create regulatory briefs, policy gap assessments, updates, FAQs, explainers, and talking points for teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand into adjacent regulatory areas (e.g., textiles) and inform product roadmap.
• Represent rePurpose Global in public-facing settings, maintaining relationships with PROs and regulators.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and customer success teams to reflect regulatory changes in the platform.
