Job summary

Haleon invites a Regulatory Affairs Intern to assist the team with artwork and labeling activities, process implementation, regulatory information requests, submission preparation, and filing. The role supports audits, internal database updates, and responses to authorities, while engaging with local and global teams.

Recent graduates or those in a Regulatory Affairs certificate program in science are welcome.

Qualifications

  • Recent grad (within last 2 years) or currently enrolled in a post-graduate Regulatory Affairs certificate program, science or related field (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite, database software, and documentation management systems
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to documentation and technical information

Responsibilities

  • Support artwork and labeling activities
  • Work with local and global cross-functional teams to support process implementation
  • Respond to requests for regulatory information to populate internal systems
  • Support preparation and filing of regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory authority queries
  • Assist in audit preparation and provide documents to auditors
  • Perform other related duties to support the Regulatory Affairs team
