Job summary

Scarborough Health Network seeks a part-time Registration Clerk to register patients across our General Site. You will perform accurate data entry using Word, Excel and Outlook and maintain high-quality patient records.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, fast typing, and excellent communication and teamwork skills to support a smooth patient experience in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typing 35 wpm with 90% accuracy (skill testing will be required).
• Experience in data entry (testing will be administered).
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Demonstrates customer service focus when dealing with patients and staff.
