Scarborough Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for 3 Central Surgical GEN Talent Pool. You will provide high quality nurse care in a multi-service environment with Team Nursing (RNs and RPNs). You may be scheduled at General or Birchmount Hospital based on needs.
Requirements include Ontario nursing registration, BCLS, and 2 years in acute medical nursing or similar. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced setting.
Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for providing excellent care to a diverse patient population within our multi-service environment. The delivery care model is Team Nursing with a staffing mix of both RN’s and RPN’s. In this role, you will provide high quality nursing care to patients and their families, based on the philosophy and conceptual framework of Nursing Practice at Scarborough Health Network. You may be scheduled at the General or Birchmount hospital based on departmental needs.
