Job summary

Beattie Pet Hospital East Hamilton is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our busy team in East Hamilton, ON. The role features 4 x 10–12 hour shifts, no overnight or on-call duties, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The hospital offers digital radiography, an in-house lab, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates thrive in anesthesia monitoring, surgical support, and client communication, working closely with a seasoned team to deliver excellent patient

Qualifications

• RVT with registration in Ontario required.
• Experience in a busy hospital setting preferred.
• Strong client communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and anesthesia monitoring.
• Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the care team.
