Job summary

St. Joseph’s Health System in Hamilton Charlton Campus seeks a part-time Radiology MRT to perform a variety of radiographic procedures to the CM RITO standard.

You will maintain competency and follow procedures as outlined by the Ontario College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists, working within a team in a busy department. The position requires current CMRITO registration, CAMRT and OA MRSc membership preferred, and experience with Hospital RIS.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) is required.
• Documentation of continued post-graduate education is required.
• Experience with Hospital Radiology Information Systems is required.
• Must be willing to participate in departmental committees and meetings (Quality Management, Safety, Education, Team Meetings).
• Knowledge of quality control procedures on equipment is required.
• Good attendance and work record is essential.
