Job summary

William Osler Health System is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform procedures, deliver high-quality imaging, and support radiologists in acquisition and analysis. You will ensure patient care aligns with hospital policies and standards at Osler's multi-site network.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an approved nuclear medicine program.
  • Must hold current CAMRT and CMRITO registration.
  • Proven nuclear medicine skills including IV and ECG setup.
  • DPX experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record.
  • Experience in nuclear cardiology is an asset.
  • Effective communication with patients, families and healthcare teams.

Job Description
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures as per departmental policy and procedure
  • Provide the radiologists with high quality imaging and have knowledge of computer acquisition and analysis and other related duties as assigned
  • Facilitate the provision of optimal patient care, observing and understanding hospital and departmental policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved nuclear medicine program
  • Current registration with CAMRT and CMRITO required
  • Proven skill in nuclear medicine including IV setup and ECG setup
  • DPX experience is an asset
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
  • Experience in nuclear cardiology would be an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, the public, medical staff and members of the interdisciplinary team using verbal, written, computer communication means
  • Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and a commitment to excellence in the provision of client care
  • Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to organize work, set objectives and establish priorities
  • May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites
Additional Information

Hours: Currently days/evenings, including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)

Salary

Minimum: $36.84 per hour

Maximum: $50.24 per hour
