Job summary

William Osler Health System is seeking a Registered Technologist - Mammography to join multiple sites on a part-time basis. The role requires current CMRITO and CAMRT registration, Ontario Breast Screening Program certification, and recent experience; you will perform high-quality imaging and patient care under radiologist supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have current CMRITO and CAMRT registration.
• Certified with Ontario Breast Screening Program required.
• Mammography certification an asset.
• Recent experience within the last two years.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to organize work load effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to foster an environment to facilitate effective teaching and learning relationships and provide effective consultation with the clinical educators.
• Physical ability to perform the expected job duties.
• Knowledge of CAR Mammography Accreditation program an asset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record.
• Demonstrated ability to organize work, set objectives and establish priorities.

The Registered Technologist will provide high quality patient care and quality images to the radiologist to aid in patient diagnosis and management. The successful candidate must use independent judgment and systematic problem solving methods to produce high quality diagnostic information and have knowledge of computer acquisition and analysis and other related duties as assigned.

Hours: Currently Days/Evenings, 8 hour shiftsincluding weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)

SALARY:
Minimum: $38.80 per hour
Maximum: $52.91 per hour
