REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER

We are looking for a Social Worker with experience in the fields of psycho-social rehabilitation and assessment, complex mental health, case management, neurorehabilitation, and/or chronic pain.

HOURS

Flexible scheduling options available; Client-dependent schedules.

RATE OF PAY
70% of billables (Pay varies with experience and file type).

Requirements:

• Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
• Masters Degree in Social Work is an asset.
• Experience working with the MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) system will be an asset.
• Registration with the Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec is an asset.
• Professional Liability Insurance.
• Experience in providing counselling to people of all developmental ages - child, youth, young adults, and adults, as well as family counselling.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Bilingualism in a second language is a bonus, specifically French, Arabic, & Persian.
